Service Description

A virtual peer support group for parents who are currently or have previously spent time in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Provides:

  • a safe, supportive space to share experiences
  • opportunities to connect with others with similar lived experiences
  • helpful information and resources related to perinatal mental health

Led by a perinatal mental health facilitator with lived experience of NICU stays.

Eligibility

Birthing parents and/or partners who are currently or previously experienced time in the NICU
