Service Description

Offers weekly peer support groups for parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Services include:

  • opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences
  • a safe and supportive space to share feelings and experiences
  • peer connection to reduce isolation and strengthen community ties
  • validation and encouragement from group members

Groups are available in person in Regina and virtually for residents across Saskatchewan.

Eligibility

Women and birthing people prenatal up to 3 years postpartum - babies under 2 years are welcome to attend.
