Service Description
Offers a six-week prenatal education series providing a foundation of information for expectant parents. Each class focuses on practical knowledge and hands-on skills to support birth and postpartum. Information is delivered by a team of birthing, mental health, and allied health professionals.
- Class 1: Welcome / Preparing for a Health Pregnancy and Birth
- Class 2: Fundamentals of Childbirth
- Class 3: Birthing Options, Pain Management, and C-Sections
- Class 4: Adjusting Postpartum
- Class 5: Feeding and Caring for Your Newborn
- Class 6: Early Childhood Attachment; Physical Health
