Service Description
The quality of care coordinator answer questions and address concerns about the service people received
They can:
- listen to concerns
- explain Saskatchewan Cancer Agency policies, as well as patients rights and responsibilities
- communicate with staff on behalf of individuals when requested
- assist with resolving concerns
- make recommendations for improvements where necessary
Eligibility
Only available for patients or family members of patients of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency
Application Process
Call or email the quality of care coordinator if you are unable to resolve a concern with your health care team
