Service Description

Accepts complaints from the public, other members, other professionals, and stakeholders with regard to psychologists in the province and their practice.

  • To submit a complaint, complete the Complaint Reporting Form, sign it, and submit it to the College Office.
  • The Office will forward your complaint to the Professional Conduct Committee, who will write you a letter acknowledging that it has been received.
  • Visit the website for details on the complaints and discipline process.

Eligibility

Members of the Public, members of the profession, other professionals, and stakeholders may file a complaint.

Hours of Operation

Complaints can be received during regular office hours which are generally Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, closed on holidays, or by email.
As the College staff component is small, there may be times when the office has to be closed on a day other than a holiday. If you need to drop something at the office, call in advance to ensure that there will be a staff person present to assist you.
