Service Description

Provides online resources for kidney disease.  As well, the branches offer advice and support on accessing services within the health care system,  assist people to access other community supports and resources as appropriate, and offer assistance in developing skills for self advocacy.
A peer support program with trained, experienced volunteers provides counselling support via a toll free line, 1-888-664-8588.
