Service Description
Provides direct support in a group living home for people with intellectual disabilities. Reflects each person’s personal lifestyle preference and equality of citizenship while building meaningful relationships within their community.
Eligibility
Adults who meet the criteria for Community Living Supports Division of the Ministry of Social Services.
Application Process
Through contact with social worker, with a complete SARC application.
Fees
Funding must be arranged for each person.
