Service Description
Provides end-of-life care, transitional care, and respite care through a 10-bed facility that offers specialized supports and services geared to the HIV population’s unique set of needs. Eligibility
People diagnosed with HIV who need supportive, sub-acute, or rehabilitative care, those who do not meet the long-term care qualifications, or those who have difficulties accessing home care support.
