Service Description
10-bed facility providing end-of-life, transitional, and respite care for HIV positive persons who have social and high-risk behaviours and conditions
Eligibility
People diagnosed with HIV who need supportive, sub-acute, or rehabilitative care, those who do not meet the long-term care qualifications, or those who have difficulties accessing home care support
Application Process
