Provides Residential and Day Program supports to adults who experience disabilities.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years or older who experience disabilities. Must meet the mandate of Community Living Service Delivery.
Application Process
Complete and submit a SARC Application and have a Community Living Service Delivery Community Support Worker.
