Service Description
Investigates complaints of possible contravention of bylaws, policies or code of ethics of landlords. Complaints will be promptly investigated by the Association’s Discipline Committee and disciplinary action will only be taken after an investigation has been conducted and the Member has been given the opportunity to be heard and/or correct any contravention.
