Service Description

Services include care of:

  • Long-term ventilator-dependent patients
  • Tracheostomy follow-up
  • Caregiver respiratory-related training
  • Oximetry testing for the evaluation of home oxygen therapy

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Rehabilitation Program  – provides support, supervised exercise training and education about COPD to people suffering from it.

Community Respiratory Outreach Program – provides community-based respiratory education and support to clients and their caregivers.

  • Home Ventilator Assistance Program
    • Offers respiratory therapy services, ventilator training, 24-hour on-call support services to help people who live at home all the time and those who leave the hospital for short periods.


Long-term ventilator-dependent patients, tracheostomy patients, caregivers, persons with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
