Service Description

Eligible clients receive up to one hour of free legal advice from a volunteer lawyer. Does not provide full representation services. Appointments are required for all locations and can be in-person or by phone. Phone appointments are available for people living in rural Saskatchewan.

The Family Law Free Legal Clinic is hosted at the Regina Public Library downtown location. Income screening does apply. You do not need to book an appointment to come to the clinic - you may do an intake at the time of the clinic. You may receive a 30 minute appointment with a volunteer lawyer to talk about your family law issue.
