Service Description
Offers flexible prenatal support through one-on-one online sessions.
Session goals are to:
- Create a safe place to share your feelings and experiences
- Provide education and resources regarding the birth process and outline your options
- Discuss any fears or concerns you may have and how to communicate that to your birth team.
- Help to build a birth and postpartum plan that you’re comfortable with leaving feeling well supported.
