Service Description

Offers public service employees the opportunity to make a complaint of reprisal if they have experienced:

  • A reprisal at work because they have made a disclosure;
  • Sought advice about making a disclosure;
  • Refused to participate in a wrongdoing;
  • Participated in a wrongdoing investigation.

NOTE: Complaints of reprisal can only be made to the Ombudsman office, not to your designated officer.

Eligibility

Public Service employees who wish to make a complaint of reprisal.
