Service Description
Offers public service employees the opportunity to make a complaint of reprisal if they have experienced:
- A reprisal at work because they have made a disclosure;
- Sought advice about making a disclosure;
- Refused to participate in a wrongdoing;
- Participated in a wrongdoing investigation.
NOTE: Complaints of reprisal can only be made to the Ombudsman office, not to your designated officer.
Eligibility
Public Service employees who wish to make a complaint of reprisal.
