Service Description
The Ombudsman is appointed as the Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner. Public service employees who think a wrongdoing has been or is about to be committed in their workplace can make a disclosure to or seek advice from the Commissioner’s Office. Those who are protected from reprisals and the Commissioner’s Office can investigate complaints of reprisal. For further details visit website.

All residents of Saskatchewan.
Application Process
If you have a complaint, contact by phone, fax, mail, online, or in person. A secure online form is available for online service. A printable complaint form available online can be filled out and returned by mail.
