Service Description
A free program for newcomer immigrant and refugee women and newcomer older adults to help them understand and practice healthy living and healthy eating in Canada. Includes
- Information on health and nutrition, healthy grocery shopping, and daily exercise
- Community kitchen classes
- Free child care.

Immigrant and refugee women and newcomer seniors.
