A free program for newcomer immigrant and refugee women and newcomer older adults to help them understand and practice healthy living and healthy eating in Canada. Includes

  • Information on health and nutrition, healthy grocery shopping, and daily exercise
  • Community kitchen classes
  • Free child care.
