Library Outreach Crisis Workers help individuals and families access essential services and resources to improve their quality of life. They provide support with:

  • Mental Health
  • Housing
  • Employment
  • Food
  • Income Support
  • Identification
  • Addictions
  • Newcomer Services and more.

Also, they assist with forms and applications, offer crisis intervention at the library, and provide brief counselling for immediate needs, connecting people with the right supports to move forward. Visit the website for more information.
