Service Description
A program that helps adults with low literacy, adults with disabilities, and individuals of First Nations ancestry for the world of work through in-class and on-the-job training. Includes one-on-one support, small group learning, and collaboration with local businesses and industries. Helps identify current skills and build new abilities through classroom and work placements. Focus on employment skills evaluation and training, including resume and portfolio development, computer and job search skills and high demand employment certificates. One-on-one support and small group learning.
* CLB is a pre-requiste.
Eligibility
Adults with low literacy, adults with disabilities, and Indigenous adults.
