Service Description
Provides chemically dependent individuals with tools and a plan to overcome the barriers that lead to relapse.
- Targeted to individuals who are currently in recovery but think they may be at risk to relapse.
- A 10-12 week course that runs one night a week (offered twice per year).
First Nation and Métis Elders are available for support and guidance to all clients wishing to follow a cultural path.
Eligibility
Individuals who are currently in recovery from alcohol and drugs but think they could be at risk to relapse.

Persons are required to undergo an initial assessment to participate in this group - contact for details.
