Service Description
Provides support in locating and/or sustaining suitable, healthy, affordable home fires for on and off-reserve families and individuals at all capacities.
Services provided:
- Assistance in housing searches
- Contacting emergency shelters
- Assisting families with applications for low-income housing / regular housing
- Cultural protocol (i.e. smudging of the home)
- Advocacy support
- Clarification in understanding policies and procedures
- Home Maintenance Workshops
- Housing Advocacy
