Service Description
Provides an opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, create and learn through life skills and hands-on workshops, including
- conversation circles
- practical life skills training and supports
- information sessions on how to access local shopping areas, community services, health care resources and public transportation
- art activities
- educational and recreational field trips (local events, museums, historical sites)
- free child minding available while mothers attend workshops
