Volunteer Support Network Development and Sustainability

Service Description
Provides supports to individuals with disabilities and their families to develop personal volunteer support networks to help build connection and improve quality of life. Volunteer support networks are created over a period of time. REALM offers training and guidance from start to finish.
Eligibility
People with disabilities who use wheelchairs or similar mobility devices and rely on attendant services or a family member of individual with a high level of physical disability.
Application Process
Applications are generally accepted once per year and information is available on the website or by calling the Executive Director.
Fees
REALM may provide funding (in full or in part) to cover training and support.
