Frozen meals are nutritious and convenient meals that are appropriate for several diets and delivered to customers. Add-on’s are available. Anyone can participate in this program

Eligibility
Majority of the clients are older adults; however, the program is open to anyone in need.
Application Process
Orders must be received by REACH by Friday morning for the following week’s Wednesday or Thursday delivery or pickup. Orders may be submitted online, phoned in (306-347-3224), e-mailed (info@reachinregina.ca), or mailed (Box 4482, S4P 3W7).
