Provides a number of services to victims of crime and traumatic events, including:

  • Support (in-person, over the phone, as well as through email and text message)
  • Information
  • Referrals
  • Advocacy
  • Court Assistance
  • Victims Compensation
  • Victim Impact Statements
  • Restitution
  • Safety Planning
  • Assistance Getting Into a Safe Shelter
  • Emergency Intervention Orders
  • Victim Registration.

Application Process

- You can self-refer by contacting the office.
- An RCMP Officer may send a referral or contact the office on your behalf.
- A Crown Prosecutor may send a referral to the office on your behalf.
- Another community agency or group may contact the office on your behalf.
