Service Description
Supports families with youth, 6 – 22 years of age, who have an acquired brain injury (ABI).
Activities include:
- one-to-one support
- promoting safe play: Summer Fun and ABI Camp
- the Sports for Life weekly program for adults with an acquired brain injury.
Eligibility
Children and youth 6 - 22 years of age with an acquired brain injury. Must be enrolled in a school within the Saskatoon and area school divisions.
Application Process
Intake is continuous and is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. All clients must be connected with the Acquired Brain Injury Outreach Team with Saskatchewan Health Authority.
