Service Description
Offers anger management classes, including:
- Building Effective Skills To Cope With Anger – Offers participants basic techniques to diffuse, constructively cope with and manage their behavior and anger more effectively. Offers via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
- Maintaining Effective Skills To Cope With Anger – This is a 6-week, in-person group that offers participants a refresher from the course: Building Effective Skills to Cope with Anger. Participants work on correcting behaviors related to anger. Pre-registration is required.

Eligibility
Contact for information. Must have a computer, laptop, or tablet with access to the internet. If using a phone, the Zoom application will need to be downloaded.
Application Process
Call reception at 306-757-6675 to register. Registration can be completed over phone with credit card, or in person via credit, debit, or cash.
Fees
$120 per person.
Payment for class must be received before you are considered registered.
NOTE: Some Employee Assistance Program plans cover the cost of registration. Subsidized spots may be available. Inquire if there is a financial need.
