Service Description
Provides optional, ongoing contact to women from the time of their departure from shelter to their becoming involved with ongoing services in the community. Programming focuses on assisting women to become independent and living without violence.
Eligibility
Women and children who have stayed at Regina Transition House.
Application Process
Complete Outreach Agreement upon departure from shelter or speak to an Outreach Advocate.

No cost.
