Service Description
Assists Regina homeless population with finding resources in the community, including housing, connecting with family and community resources such as:
- Finding warm shelter locations
- Addiction, counselling programs and services information
- Housing information
- Contact numbers for social assistance applications
- ID requirements
- Virtual Elders outreach.
