Service Description

Provides sterilization of cats for low-income residents or those on social assistance who are good pet owners but who do not have the funds available to spay/neuter their cats. To apply, complete the online sterilization form.

NOTE: This program is only for cats for those who live within the city of Prince Albert.

Qualifying Low Income:

Single without Children – $18,292
Single with children - $28,209
Family with children - $28,209
Family without Children - $28,209

Application Process

Complete the application form and take to the SPCA.

Documents Required

Proof of income through current income tax summary.
