Service Description

Provides confidential clinical care, education, support and advocacy for individuals living with Hepatitis C and/or HIV and their family/loved ones. Includes:

  • On-site physician/specialist access for the treatment of HIV and Hepatitis C (by appointment only)
  • Referrals to addiction programs, detox, methadone program, mental health, home care, housing support, etc.
  • Educational presentations for any audience on Hepatitis C, HIV, and related issues
  • Peer Support Program
  • Drop-in resource centre for those living with or at risk for HIV.

All services are confidential.

Eligibility

Individuals living with Hepatitis C and/or HIV and their family/loved ones.

Application Process

Self referral or formal referral from any Health Care Practitioner. Appointments required for physician clinics.
