Service Description
Provides nutrition counselling, support, and education to people of all ages, families, couples and caregivers. Virtual care through telephone or video consultation is available for those who prefer this mode of communication
Application Process
Available through self-referral or at the request of a physician or nurse practitioner (primary health care provider). To make an appointment with the Dietitian, call 306-953-6207.
