Service Description

Provides advocacy for federal retirees, representing pensioners from the Public Service, Canadian Forces, RCMP and retired federal judges. Advocates for the protection and enhancement of our members’ pensions, health and dental insurance benefits. Advocates to affect change at the policy level to enhance the quality of life for our members. Works to prevent the implementation of proposals detrimental to pensioners’ interests.

Eligibility

Membership is restricted to:

- a federal retiree in receipt of a pension under one of the superannuation acts (Public Service, Canadian Forces, or RCMP) or the Judges Act, and

- a surviving spouse who is in receipt of a survivor benefit under one of the above superannuation acts or the Judges Act.
