Service Description

Offers a family prevention program that addresses abuse, neglect and maltreatment of children and youth in the home. Program:

  • Helps parents understand the causal factors of the abuse and violence
  • Provides parents with a strategically implemented prevention program with support, counselling and therapy
  • Monitors development and implementation through an evaluation process.

By helping parents understand the underlying causes of abuse and by helping them attain a level of wellness and education, they can strive to meet the needs of their children. Visit the website for more information.

For Saulteaux, Sweetgrass and Mosquito Grizzley Bear's Head Leanman First Nations residents on reserve.
