Service Description
Provides lunch, snacks, activities to individuals who require assistance to meet their daily needs. Transportation is available upon request.
Eligibility
Older adults who need assistance to meet their daily needs.
Participants must be ambulatory and are able to dress and feed themselves.
Application Process
Contact the Director of Care for assessment and tour of facility. An application package will be provided with the subsidy forms for government subsidy (if applied). The application must be completed and book an appointment with the Executive Director to complete a resident agreement. A support person must accompany with the individual.
