Service Description
A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to six children between the ages of one and five years. Operated in the provider’s private residence.
Child Care Subsidy accepted.
Eligibility
Children between the ages of one - five years.
Application Process
Inquiry (call or email), walk-through at daycare, fill-out package enrollment forms and agreement.
Documents Required
A copy of Identification with photo (e.g. driver's license)
Fees
Contact for standard fees. Extended hours: $10 per 15 minutes late or any part thereof. Drop-in: $15/hour, $70/day.
