Service Description
Offers a post treatment program after individuals have completed the Addiction Recovery Program. Post treatment provides short term (3-6 month) group living accommodations and regular programming to individuals needing transitional services. Focuses on relapse prevention and basic life skills development. Participates are expected to:
- Participate in programming
- Engage in a recovery community of their choosing
- Participate in one to one counselling sessions
- Seek education or employment opportunities
- Be working towards returning to housing in the community of their choosing
- Maintain sobriety throughout their stay.

1. Recent completion of an addiction recovery program
2. A need for transitional services
3. Males aged 18+
