Service Description
Provides permanent and supported housing to people who have been chronically homeless.
- Edwards Manor – 21 unit, low-barrier, harm reduction housing program. Residential staff with lived experience work on-site. Staff include a cook, peer staff, a cultural lead and a site lead.
- Southwinds – 21 unit, low-barrier, harm reduction housing program. Residential staff with lived experience work on-site. Staff include a cook, peer staff, a cultural lead and a site lead.
Eligibility
Individuals who have been chronically homeless.
Application Process
Referrals from the families, mental health, medical, psychiatrists, social service and legal professionals, lawyers, and social workers.
