Application Process

Call or visit the website to find out about Indigenous Sweats. Participants should dress modestly. For men bring swim trunks and a towel. For women wear a long (maxi length) skirt or dress and bring a towel. These guidelines help to maintain the integrity and respect of the ceremony.

Fees

In keeping with tradition, it's customary to bring a small gift or donation as a gesture of respect and gratitude for the sweat lodge ceremony and Elders present. You might consider bringing an offering such as tobacco, sage, or a small monetary donation.
