Service Description
Provides information about the Pay Equity Act which requires federally-regulated employers to take a proactive approach to correct gender wage gaps within their organization.
Includes:
- Information on employer responsibilities
- Free online course which guides participants through key steps of developing and enacting the pay equity process
- Pay Equity Portal – an online platform that allows employees, bargaining agents, and employers to submit requests and interact with Pay Equity officers on matters related to the federal Pay Equity Act.
