Service Description
Provides in-home family support and education to increase knowledge of healthy parenting practices. Support services include:
- In-home family support and problem solving
- Transportation for children’s appointments
- Supervised visits in the PARTNERS office or community setting
- Referral to the Family Support Program.
Eligibility
Families can be referred to the Family Support Program via a community resource or by self-referral by contacting the office.
