Provides counselling for adults 26 years of age and up on issues such as:

Addictions (assessment/recovery/relapse prevention)

Depression and Anxiety

Domestic Violence – working with abusers and/or victims

First Nations issues

Grief and Loss

Stress Management

Separation/Divorce

Self Esteem
-
Trauma / post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through PARTNERS and other agencies via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan.
