Service Description
Provides counselling for adults on issues such as:
- Relationship Issues
- Family Disharmony
- Emotional Distress
- Mood Disorders
- Bereavement/Grief
- Behavioural Concerns/Disorders.
Counselling services are available for adults experiencing a variety of challenges in their lives. Individuals do not require a referral or a diagnosis to seek services. Counsellors work on a strength-based model and work with clients to improve their mental, emotional and physical well-being.
NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through PARTNERS and other agencies via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan.
