Service Description
Outreach van that provides a variety of resources to vulnerable youth (25 years and younger), including:
- Referrals and support
- Food, hygiene packs, snacks
- Assistance with obtaining identifications
- Help with the justice system and Social Services.
NOTE: The outreach van is available Monday to Friday. Times vary.
