A program that provides intensive support and mentorship to youth who are ready to take the steps and support for preparing themselves for independence. Geared toward older youth. Offers:

  • Positive parenting skills
  • Workshops on various skills and trades
  • Education
  • Healthy meal planning
  • Individualized planning and more.

Individuals who want or need support and assistance.
