Service Description

Offers one-on-one support to individuals over 18 years of age and families bereaved by suicide. Individuals are matched with a trained facilitator who has been through the same experience.

NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through Counselling Connect Saskatchewan. Book online.

Eligibility

Individuals who are over 18 years of age who have lost a loved one to suicide.

Application Process

Call to make arrangements for a volunteer peer support visit.

Zoom meetings are arranged for the Left Behind group so anyone from outside the city of Saskatoon can participate.
