Service Description
Provides people with disabilities online employment training, assistance, and support to become more independent and financially secure. Online support is tailored to each participant, including:
- Personalized job plans
- resume creation
- interview coaching
- virtual assessments identifying participant strengths and challenges at every phase of employment journey
- ongoing on-the-job support once participant is hired.
March of Dimes is collaborating with community agencies providing services to people with disabilities, aiming to offer webinars and educational sessions covering various aspects of employability.

Individuals with a disability who are searching for employment.
