Service Description
A 69-suite apartment complex for older adults including services to assist tenants to remain independent.
- One-bedroom suites are 502 square foot, two-bedroom suites are reserved for couples and are 600 square foot, with a full kitchen
- Support worker is on site Monday to Friday to coordinate resident services
- Optional noon meal is available for a fee.

Fees
Single Suite - $725
Double Suite - $850
Support Service Services: $55 - single suite / $70 double suite
