Supports newcomers arriving in Tisdale and surrounding communities in northeast Saskatchewan. Includes:
- Settlement Assistance
- Health Care Information
- Connections with Community and Recreation Programs
- English classes (offered in partnership with the Suncrest College)

All immigrant newcomers to Northeast Saskatchewan.
