Service Description
Offers specific support to individuals with cognitive disabilities who are affected by mental health and substance use issues. Services include, but are not limited to, prevention, assessment, referral, clinical counselling, and follow-up services. Call 306-425-3939 for more information.

Adults with cognitive disabilities living with addictions.
