Service Description

Provides life skills training to individuals with mental health issues who choose to live in the community and require support to develop greater self-reliance.

Individuals with mental health issues who choose to live in the community and require support to develop greater self-reliance.

Application Process

Services are introduced to rehabilitation clients through their Community Mental Health Nurse. Applications are completed and reviewed by and the admission committee for Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association. Placement is depending on availability of space.
